All work is done in the vehicle via OBD-II using OBDSync on a Windows laptop — no need to remove or ship the TCM. Includes the scantool and a 2-token redemption serial so you’ve got everything needed to complete the job in your driveway.
For 2014 model year VFs, enabling paddle shift requires programming on both the BCM (covered by our VF BCM Custom Programming Kit) and the TCM (this listing). For 2015–2017 vehicles, the BCM-side enable is sufficient and the TCM-side programming isn’t required.

OBDSync runs on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit only). A laptop is recommended so you can sit in the car with the scantool plugged into the OBD-II port. A free USB-A port is required.
