Can I send my workshop’s own modules in for programming, or must I buy the part from you?
Both options are fully supported. Send us a module you have already sourced — whether new, used or factory-replacement — and we will program, configure and security-link it to your customer’s vehicle. Alternatively, we can supply a pre-programmed module shipped ready to fit. Whichever is more practical for the job.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Modules received before midday are typically programmed and dispatched the same business day. Domestic Australian turnaround is usually 2–4 business days door-to-door including return post; international turnaround depends on destination and shipping method but is typically 1–3 weeks door-to-door. If you have a vehicle sitting in your bay and need it prioritised, let us know when you send the job through and we will do our best to expedite.
Do you offer trade rates for workshops and dealerships?
Yes. We have established trade pricing for registered automotive workshops, mechanical repairers and dealerships. Get in touch with your business details and we will set you up with our workshop rate sheet for ongoing work.
Can you handle BCM theft security and immobiliser pairing?
Yes — full BCM theft security locking, immobiliser security linking, ECM/TCM immobiliser pairing and key FOB learning are standard operations we perform daily on every supported platform that requires them. This includes the dedicated theft-lock procedures on JH Cruze, VF/WN Commodore, Chevrolet SS and 2014–2017 Caprice PPV BCMs.
My vehicle or module is not on the list above — can you still help?
Very likely. The platforms listed are our most actively supported lines but we work across a wider range than is shown publicly, and new platforms are added regularly. Send us the vehicle and module details and we will let you know quickly whether it is something we can handle.
What information do you need from us to program a module?
At minimum: the vehicle VIN, the make/model/year, and which module is being programmed. For some operations we may also need the option configuration of the original vehicle (transmission type, body type, suspension, fitted options) — we will tell you exactly what is required when you submit the job.
