Unlock a tuner-locked Holden / HSV E38 ECU (fitted to L76, L98, L77 and LS3 V8 engines) — remove the locked key set by a previous tuner so you can read and edit the ECU again with EFI Live, HP Tuners or any other compatible tuning software.
