The HVAC module runs your climate control system — fan speed, temperature blend and air distribution. Its Zone Type configuration sets whether the car operates single-zone or dual-zone climate control, while the Actuator Learn recalibrates the internal air-blend and mode-door actuators so the system reads their positions correctly and moves them accurately.
This is a DIY kit. We ship you an OBDSync scantool plus the tokens needed to license the module — you run the programming yourself at home using a Windows laptop, and the module never has to leave your vehicle. It’s ideal after fitting a replacement HVAC unit, converting between single and dual zone, or resolving actuator faults.
Same kit, more capability: the OBDSync software also programs the BCM, ECM, TCM, ABS/EBCM, radio and many other VE / WM modules. Each additional module is licensed separately with its own tokens, and some modules need more than one token (tokens are $50 each), so once you’ve got the kit you can take care of future programming any time — just add the tokens you need.
