The Radio Series 2 IQ is the factory colour-screen head unit fitted to the Caprice PPV — AM/FM tuner, USB / aux media, Bluetooth, and (where fitted) reverse camera, factory navigation, factory external amplifier and rear-seat entertainment. When you swap in a replacement or second-hand head unit, it has to be VIN-security-linked to your car AND configured for the exact options your build has — speaker setup, antenna type, driver position (LHD / RHD), park assist, amp, nav and more.
This is a DIY kit. We ship you an OBDSync scantool plus the tokens needed to license the module — you run the programming yourself at home using a Windows laptop, and the module never has to leave your vehicle.
Same kit, more capability: the OBDSync software also programs the BCM, IPC, ECM, TCM, ABS/EBCM, HVAC and other Caprice PPV modules.
