Computer Requirements
Check that your Windows laptop or PC meets these minimum requirements before installing any Envyous Customs software.
Minimum requirements
Your computer needs all of the following.
Windows 10 or 11
Genuine, activated Windows 10 or Windows 11.
Processor
2.0 GHz or faster, with 2 or more cores.
Memory
4 GB of RAM or more.
Microsoft .NET Framework
Versions 3, 4 and 4.5.
USB port
A free USB-C or USB-A port for your Envyous Customs cable.
Internet access
To download the software and USB driver from our Downloads page.
Please note
- Using a computer that doesn't meet these minimum requirements is at your own risk, and the software may not perform to its full capabilities. It's up to the end user to install the software on a computer that meets our requirements.
- Unofficial or non-activated versions of Windows aren't supported.
- Envyous Customs software isn't supported in a virtual machine or emulated environment, as outlined on our Software Licensing page.
