    Please make sure your vehicle is explicity listed otherwise it will not be supported.

    The supported scantool for each software is explicitly stated on the software product pages.

    For software’s that indicate ALDL or ELM327cables, these MUST be from Envyous Customs as we do not support any 3rd party editions of those tools and will not provide any support for them.

    None of our software supports J2534 tools.

    License serials can only be redeemed once to license one computer.

    License serials on old laptops cannot be migrated, removed or changed.

    Any additional computers require purchasing a new license serial.

    New licenses can be purchased directly from the softwares product page.

    We currently ship our tools from Australia and can ship to anywhere around the world.

    Yes it is safe to use. Our software protection can be incorrectly flagged by antivirus unfortunately. You will have to add the software to the safe list to allow it to run.

    The false flags occur due to our software not having a signing certificate yet, along with its internet requirement and software protection.
