Licensing terms

1. Per-computer licensing. Our software is licensed per computer: each computer requires its own serial to register the software.

2. Single-use serials. A licence serial can be used only once, to register the software on one computer. Once used, the serial is permanently removed from our server and cannot be used again.

3. No transfers. Licences cannot be exchanged or transferred between computers. Once a computer has been licensed, the licence cannot be removed and stays permanently installed on that computer.

4. Back up your computer. We strongly recommend that you make a full image backup of your computer, using Windows’ free backup tools, after installing and registering any Envyous Customs software. This ensures you do not lose your licence if your computer crashes or is wiped. No additional licences will be provided under any circumstances, as a backup should be available as described above. Not keeping a backup is at the end user’s own risk.

5. Revocation. We may revoke and terminate any licence, without refund and without prior notice, if we find that the end user’s use of the software does not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

6. Internet required to register. All of our software requires internet access for registration. Offline activation is not available.

7. Subscription check-ins. Subscription-based software needs internet access at random intervals to update its licensing details. If it can’t connect, the software will stop working until internet access is available again.

8. Tamper protection. Subscription-based software automatically alerts Envyous Customs to any attempt to tamper with the subscription or any part of the software. Tampering will result in immediate termination of the licence without refund.
