About This Service

The HVAC (Climate Control) module in your JH Cruze controls cabin temperature, blower fan speed, air distribution, A/C compressor engagement, and (where fitted) dual-zone temperature split. When the HVAC module is replaced — or you want to push the latest factory calibrations — the unit needs to be security linked to your VIN so it communicates correctly with the BCM and other vehicle modules.

All programming is done in the vehicle via OBD-II using OBDSync on a Windows laptop — no need to remove or ship the HVAC module.
