The Rear Park Assist module operates the rear parking sensors and the audible proximity warning. When you fit a replacement or second-hand Rear Park Assist module, it must be VIN-security-linked to your vehicle before it will function. This kit performs that security link from home, so the sensors come back online.
This is a DIY kit. We ship you an OBDSync scantool plus the tokens needed to license the module — you run the programming yourself at home using a Windows laptop, and the module never has to leave your vehicle.
